From the same agricultural estate that gives rise to the wines of Domínio do Açor comes this 2025 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced exclusively from Galega olives grown on the estate’s own olive trees.

The olive groves are farmed according to extensive, organic and polyculture practices, following the same philosophy of respect for the land that defines Domínio do Açor’s work in the Dão.

After harvest, the olives undergo first cold extraction, with the aim of preserving the natural expression and character of the Galega variety. The olive oil is presented unfiltered.
