Description
Les Grandes Côtes is a singular expression of Pinot Noir in Champagne, shaped by a rare geological alliance of Portlandian and Kimmeridgian limestone soils. This single-parcel cuvée from Celles-sur-Ource reveals the power, depth and elegance of Pinot Noir grown on the southern slopes of the Côte des Bar.
Built on a perpetual reserve from 2011–2018, the wine offers layers of black cherry, orange zest, spice and mineral tones, supported by a creamy mousse and a distinctly saline backbone. It balances amplitude with verticality, delivering structure, energy and precision in equal measure. A Champagne for the table — and for time.
