Domaine Darviot-Perrin Meursault 1er Cru “Les Santenots Blancs” 2023 is a distinguished Premier Cru Burgundy that captures the richness, precision and ageing potential for which the finest vineyards of Meursault are renowned. Produced by Domaine Darviot-Perrin, a highly respected family estate in the Côte de Beaune, this wine reflects both the generosity of the 2023 vintage and the unique character of one of Meursault's most celebrated Premier Cru sites.

Domaine Darviot-Perrin farms vineyards across some of Burgundy's most prestigious appellations, including Meursault, Volnay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Monthélie, Pommard and Beaune. Since taking over the estate in 2019, Pierre-Antonin Darviot has continued the domaine's commitment to precision and terroir expression, achieving organic certification in 2022.

The Les Santenots Blancs Premier Cru vineyard occupies a particularly distinctive location near Volnay, where limestone-rich soils combine depth, freshness and mineral tension. These conditions produce Chardonnay of remarkable balance, capable of delivering both immediate pleasure and long-term development in bottle.

The 2023 vintage reveals the generous side of Meursault while maintaining the precision that defines great white Burgundy. The nose opens with aromas of ripe white orchard fruit, dried flowers, fresh hazelnut and subtle buttery notes, layered over a firm mineral foundation.

On the palate, the wine is broad, textured and beautifully integrated. Its creamy texture is balanced by vibrant acidity and pronounced limestone-driven freshness, creating a harmonious combination of richness and tension. The finish is long, saline and persistent, revealing the depth and pedigree expected from a Premier Cru Meursault.
