The most original and exciting Rosé de Provence is born in a 17th century estate. XVII in the schist hills of Maure, just 800 meters from the Mediterranean, in the hands of the Roux family for almost 230 years. The rare and ancestral Tibouren variety, whose planting accounts for less than 2% of Provençal vines, and aging in centuries-old wooden “foudres”, under a fragrant veil of yeast, the “fleurette”, contribute to a unique style, totally o the opposite of the easy, uncomplex fruit of most rosés in the world. Independence, character, history and the “drama factor” abound at Clos Cibonne!
