Produced in traditional olive groves under regenerative and organic farming practices, Cortes de Cima’s Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a pure expression of respect for the land and for health. Hand-harvested in October 2025, the Cobrançosa and Picual varieties yield a high-quality olive oil, cold-extracted and bottled unfiltered to preserve all of its natural qualities.
Tasting Notes
Deep green color with golden highlights. Medium to intense fruity aroma with notes of fresh grass and green apple, wrapped in a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, it shows balance, freshness, and elegance — ideal for enhancing delicate dishes or simply enjoying with homemade bread.
