If Domaine Marquis d'Angerville has considered expanding beyond the Côte d'Or, it's because something very special is about to happen. The creation of Domaine du Pélican in the Jura took four years of work until Yves Herody, the geologist responsible for mapping the soils of d'Angerville in Burgundy, found the most precious things in the region - including vines from Jacques Puffeney. When Jura and Burgundy merge, an immense charge of energy, emotion and refinement is unleashed with every bottle opened.

Wine:
One of the grand crus of Arbois. A cool plot, hidden from the sun and heat with its north-facing exposure. The soil is made up of grey marl (about half of the plot) and marl of various colours (greens and reds) from the Triassic period - the oldest features of the Jura.

Spectacular combination that demonstrates notes of baking, almonds, orange peel and infinite mineral purity.
