Producer:
Domaine Pavelot is a family-owned and artisanal estate that has become increasingly recognized among Burgundy connoisseurs. The seventh generation, Luc & Lise, are at the helm of this remarkable domaine in Pernand-Vergelesses, crafting both reds and whites that consistently captivate wine lovers. Their pursuit of excellence is inspired by their own experiences abroad: Luc worked in California at Navarro Vineyards, and Lise at the spectacular Domaine Dagueneau in the Loire.

Domaine Pavelot Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc 2023
The Domaine Pavelot Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc 2023 is an elegant white Burgundy, made from certified organic Chardonnay grown in vineyards with a commitment to traditional, low-intervention methods. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, following practices that highlight the terroir’s expression. The wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, with a portion in stainless steel, resulting in a fresh, mineral, and balanced profile typical of the great whites from the Côte de Beaune.

Tasting Notes
It shows a brilliant pale yellow color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with good acidity and a persistent finish that showcases its minerality and elegance.
