The stunning hills of classic Valpolicella provide incredible wines in diverse typologies, from vibrant red to dramatic passive “da meditazione”. No producer in the region has ever reached the status of Giuseppe Quintarelli, who left us in 2012. His oenological heir, Luca Fedrigo, worked alongside Bepi for 10 years, in the vineyard and in the cellar, and learned from the “maestro” the gestures and traditions of Valpolicella. He founded his craft project L’ Arco in Negrar, a few meters from the Quintarelli, and he perpetuates the fascination of the greatest “vinaiolo” that has ever passed through these lands.

Wine:
Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are dehydrated for 60 days.
