Description

The Rubeo 2018 is a bold and soulful red that pays homage to Giuseppe Quintarelli, while forging its own unique path. Crafted by Luca Fedrigo, Quintarelli’s protégé, the wine combines Bordeaux varietals (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) with the native grapes of Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). The result is a complex, opulent, and finely detailed red, shaped by a 60-day appassimento and meticulous aging.

The nose is deep and seductive: ripe wild berries, exotic spice, cacao, dried herbs and a hint of volcanic minerality. On the palate, power meets grace, with rich fruit, velvety structure, and remarkable aging potential. A wine of character and craft, echoing Quintarelli’s legacy while expressing L’Arco’s singular identity.
