Description
A Barolo that honors the tradition of the Oddero family, one of the great historical names of La Morra. Produced from some of the most prestigious vineyards in Piedmont — Bricco Chiesa , Capalot and Bricco Fiasco — this wine is an absolute classic, combining depth, elegance and authenticity.
In the glass, it presents a brilliant garnet red color. On the nose, it reveals an unmistakable bouquet: truffles, licorice, dried flowers, and spices. On the palate, it is dry and powerful, with firm tannins and vibrant acidity that promises long evolution. A Barolo "di tradizione" that could have enchanted even Hemingway , as Gianni Brera said.

Winemaking and Aging
• Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
• Hand-harvested with rigorous selection
• Fermentation and maceration: 20 days in stainless steel, at 28-29°C
• Malolactic fermentation separated by vineyard
• Aging: 30 months in large Slovenian and Austrian oak casks (40, 60 and 75 hl), followed by 6 months in the bottle.
