The Wine

Pierre Gerbais N°18 is an experimental and highly exclusive Champagne, created with the aim of preserving freshness and tension in the context of climate change. Made from 100% Pinot Blanc from the Sainte Marie vineyard, it highlights a grape variety rarely showcased in the region, expressing it with purity and elegance.

In the glass, it reveals an extremely fresh profile, with notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers and precise minerality. The absence of malolactic fermentation enhances the wine’s natural acidity, resulting in vibrant tension and a very linear, elegant structure.

With a very low dosage (3 g/L), this Champagne remains dry, pure and focused, ideal for those seeking gastronomic, modern and precise expressions.
